These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BIZOACH LIMITED (“BIZOACH”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They apply when you visit or use the BIZOACH website, create an account, use our platform, purchase a subscription, credential, mentorship or other service, participate in a community or programme, or otherwise use a service that links to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using BIZOACH, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About BIZOACH
BIZOACH LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17396755, with its registered office at 1 Mayfair Place, London, England, W1J 8AJ, United Kingdom.
BIZOACH provides an AI-enabled business operating platform designed to help people understand business ideas and organisations, develop practical capabilities, make decisions, plan work, execute actions, measure progress and connect with relevant learning, tools, communities and services.
2. Who may use BIZOACH
BIZOACH is designed for a broad audience, including entrepreneurs, aspiring entrepreneurs, students, professionals, teams and participants in institutional programmes.
If you are under 18, you should use BIZOACH only where you are legally able to do so and with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school, institution or other responsible adult where appropriate. If applicable law requires parental or guardian authorisation for a particular feature, purchase, consent or use of personal information, that authorisation must be obtained before the feature is used.
Some services, purchases, mentorship arrangements, financial features, community functions or institutional programmes may have additional eligibility or age requirements. We may apply age-appropriate experiences, restrictions or safeguards where required by law or appropriate for user safety.
You must provide accurate information about your age when we ask for it and must not bypass age-assurance or safety measures.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share credentials in a way that compromises the security of your account or the platform.
Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. We may ask you to verify information before restoring access or carrying out sensitive account actions.
You must not impersonate another person or organisation, create accounts using information you are not entitled to use, or use BIZOACH for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
4. What BIZOACH provides
BIZOACH may provide features such as BIZOACH IQ, AI-powered guidance, Business Memory, learning pathways, assessments, credentials, business and intelligence tools, execution planning, progress tracking, communities, mentorship and institutional programme functionality.
Features may be added, changed, improved, limited or removed as the platform develops. We will take reasonable steps to avoid materially reducing a paid service during an active paid period without a legitimate reason.
5. AI-powered features
BIZOACH uses artificial intelligence to help generate explanations, analyses, recommendations, plans, summaries and other outputs. AI can be useful, but it can also be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular situation.
You remain responsible for decisions you make and actions you take. You should review important outputs before relying on them and obtain qualified professional advice where the matter requires legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, regulatory or other specialist judgement.
BIZOACH does not guarantee that an AI-generated recommendation, score, forecast or suggested action will produce a particular business result. BIZOACH IQ and similar assessments are decision-support and development tools; they are not clinical, psychological, credit or regulated financial assessments unless we expressly state otherwise.
6. Your content and Business Memory
You may provide information, prompts, documents, plans, business data, goals, messages and other material to BIZOACH (“User Content”). You keep ownership of your User Content.
You give BIZOACH a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, display and otherwise use User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain and improve the services, comply with law, and carry out other uses described in our Privacy Policy.
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit User Content. Do not upload confidential, personal or proprietary information belonging to another person or organisation unless you are authorised to do so.
Where Business Memory is enabled, BIZOACH may retain relevant information from your activity so the service can provide continuity and more useful recommendations. Available controls and deletion rights are described in the product and Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use BIZOACH to break the law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass or exploit others, distribute malware, interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, scrape or access the service through unauthorised automated means, misrepresent AI output as independently verified fact, or attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Community and communication features must be used respectfully. We may remove content or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these Terms or preserve the integrity and security of BIZOACH.
8. Subscriptions, purchases and billing
Prices, billing periods, taxes and included features are shown at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You authorise our payment provider to charge the payment method you select for amounts due. We do not need to store your complete payment-card details when they are handled by an authorised payment provider.
You may cancel a renewing subscription through the available account or billing controls. Cancellation normally prevents the next renewal; access to paid features may continue until the end of the period already paid for.
Refund rights depend on the product, circumstances and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable statutory cancellation or consumer rights.
9. Learning, assessments and credentials
BIZOACH may issue certificates, badges or other credentials for completing pathways, assessments or specified requirements. Unless a credential expressly states otherwise, a BIZOACH credential is a platform-issued record of completion or demonstrated competency and is not a university degree, government licence, professional licence or regulated qualification.
We may verify, revoke or correct a credential if it was issued in error, obtained through fraud or misconduct, or if verification data is inaccurate.
10. Mentorship, communities and third parties
Mentors, community members and external organisations may express their own views. Unless expressly stated, they do not act as BIZOACH employees or regulated advisers, and BIZOACH does not guarantee their advice, availability or outcomes.
Third-party websites, tools and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. BIZOACH is not responsible for independent third-party services merely because they are linked or integrated with the platform.
11. Institutional programmes
If you access BIZOACH through a university, employer, government body, development organisation or other institution, additional programme rules or agreements may apply. If there is a conflict, the terms specifically governing that institutional programme will apply to the extent of the conflict.
An institution may manage parts of your access or receive programme information where this is described to you and permitted by applicable law.
12. BIZOACH intellectual property
BIZOACH and its licensors own the platform, software, brand, interface, designs, learning materials and other content we provide, except for User Content and third-party material. Subject to these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.
The BIZOACH name, logos and branding may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership or affiliation without permission.
13. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but no online service is uninterrupted. Maintenance, security incidents, third-party outages, internet failures and product changes may affect availability.
We may update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. If a change materially affects your rights, we will take reasonable steps to give notice. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms means the updated Terms apply, subject to applicable law.
14. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BIZOACH at any time. You may also request account deletion using available account controls or by contacting us, subject to information we must retain by law or for legitimate purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, fraud, non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, harm to users or legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
15. Disclaimers
BIZOACH is provided as a technology and business-support service. Except where the law does not allow exclusion, we do not promise that the service will always be available, error-free or suitable for every purpose, or that use of BIZOACH will result in funding, revenue, business success, employment, accreditation or any particular outcome.
Nothing on BIZOACH constitutes a guarantee of investment, grant funding, credit, commercial success or professional advice.
16. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
To the extent permitted by law, BIZOACH will not be liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms, or for business losses suffered by a consumer. If you use BIZOACH for business purposes, additional limitations may apply under a business or institutional agreement.
We do not exclude liability that applicable law requires us to bear.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also have mandatory rights under the law of the country where you live, and nothing in these Terms takes those rights away. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
